Analysis of Factors Affecting Foreign Debt in Indonesia (Case Study 1990-2023)

This research aims to determine the factors that influence foreign debt by using data on foreign exchange reserves, exchange rates, and interest rates on Indonesia's foreign debt for the period 1990-2023. The data used in this research was obtained from the official websites of the Ministry of Finance of Indonesia, the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS), and Bank Indonesia. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that foreign exchange reserves, exchange rates, and interest rates simultaneously influence Indonesia's foreign debt. Partially, foreign exchange reserves have a positive and significant effect on Indonesia's foreign debt, the exchange rate influences Indonesia's foreign debt, and interest rates have a positive effect on Indonesia's foreign debt.

The Effect of Service Prices and Service Quality on Consumer Satisfaction at PT. Paramita Ban Workshop Cipete, South Jakarta Period 2023

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of service price and service quality on consumer satisfaction at the PT Paramita Ban Cipete Workshop in South Jakarta. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling and a sample of 98 respondents was obtained. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, determination coefficients and hypothesis tests. The results of this study are that the price of services has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction with a determination coefficient value of 25.2% and the hypothesis test is obtained t calculation > t table or (4.788 > 1.988). The quality of service did not have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction with a determination coefficient value of 74.8% and the hypothesis test was obtained by calculating t < t table or (1,616 < 1,988). Service price and service quality simultaneously have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction with the regression equation Y = 19,999 + 0.414 (X1) Y = 19,999 + 0.134 (X2). The value of the determination coefficient was 25.2% while the remaining 74.8% was influenced by other factors. The hypothesis test obtained the F value calculated > F table or (17.764 > 3.094).

The Influence of Gender and Investment on Economic Growth in Sumatra

This study aims to analyze the impact of gender equality and domestic investment on economic growth in Sumatra from 2017 to 2022. Specifically, it examines the roles of the Gender Development Index (GDI), Gender Empowerment Index (GEI), and Domestic Investment (PMDN) using secondary data sourced from BPS. The research employs panel data regression analysis to identify significant factors influencing economic growth. The results reveal that both GDI and GEI have a positive and significant effect on economic growth, while PMDN also contributes positively. These findings highlight the importance of promoting gender equality and boosting domestic investment to drive economic development. Additionally, the study identifies diverse economic behaviors across provinces, indicating the necessity for tailored regional development strategies. Overall, this research underscores the critical role of gender equality and investment in fostering sustainable economic growth in Sumatra.

Analysis of the Production Area Planning of Ground Fish at CV Hadori in East Lampung District

This study investigates production scale planning at CV Hadori, a fish processing company, using Break-Even Point (BEP) analysis and linear trend forecasting. The company faces significant overproduction of minced fish, leading to excess inventory and reduced profits. The research employs a descriptive quantitative approach, analyzing historical production and sales data through trend analysis and BEP calculations. Findings indicate that CV Hadori must produce and sell over 405,436 kg of processed fish in 2026 to achieve profitability. Recommendations include optimizing production and sales strategies, investing in appropriate machinery, and continuously monitoring market conditions to adjust forecasts. Effective production planning will help minimize surplus, enhance profitability, and ensure long-term sustainability.

Implementation of Government Accounting Standards Statement (PSAP) Number 05 Concerning Inventory Accounting at the Minanga Community Health Center, Manado City

This research evaluates the application of Government Accounting Standards Statement (PSAP) Number 05 concerning inventory accounting at the Minanga Community Health Center, Manado City. PSAP Number 05 regulates the recognition, measurement and disclosure of inventories in government financial reports. The methods used include observation, interviews and document analysis. The research results show that inventory recognition and measurement are in accordance with standards, such as the application of the FIFO method and acquisition costs. However, inventory disclosure in the Notes to Financial Reports (CALK) is less detailed. This research recommends improvements in disclosure to increase transparency and compliance with PSAP 05, as well as providing a reference for improving accounting practices in government health institutions.

The Effect of Service Quality and Company Image on Customer Satisfaction of Ubasyada Cooperative in Ciputat Market, South Tangerang

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how customer satisfaction at Ubasyada Cooperative in Pasar Ciputat, Tangerang Selatan, is influenced, both partially and simultaneously, by service quality and corporate image. Quantitative technique is the approach employed. Customers of Ubasyada Cooperative in Pasar Ciputat Tangerang Selatan made up the study's population. Probability sampling, which makes use of the Slovin formula, was the sample strategy employed. There were 97 responders in the research sample. Based on the study's findings, it can be said that customer satisfaction is positively and significantly impacted by service quality, as evidenced by the T_count value> T_table or (13.300> 1.986) with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Customer satisfaction is positively impacted by corporate image, as seen by the value of T_count > T_table, or (12.093 > 1.986), with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Customer satisfaction is positively and significantly impacted by service quality and corporate image, as evidenced by the values of F_count > F_table or (99.944 > 3.090) with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. The regression effect of service quality and company image on customer satisfaction is Y = 8.282 + 0.322 X1 + 0.482 X2.

The Role of Political Stability and Foreign Direct Investment in Indonesia's Economic Growth

This study aims to determine how the role of political stability and foreign direct investment to economic growth in indonesia. This study also aims to examine the influence of political stability and foreign direct investment (FDI) in playing an important role in economic growth in 34 provinces in Indonesia for the period 2018-2022. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method using secondary data in the form of panel data. The analysis tool used is panel regression. It was found that the positive relationship between political stability, Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), has a very important role for economic growth in Indonesia.
