Abstract

Tulungagung final disposal site (TPA), which is one of the final disposal sites in Pagerwojo village which accommodates various kinds of waste every day. Garbage is a material that can be disposed of which originates from human activities that do not yet have economic value. This study used a qualitative approach which included observation, observation and development of Addie. The purpose of this study was to determine the type of organic bacterial content in waste at TPA Segawe, Tulungagung Regency. Observations were made at the Microbiology Laboratory, Faculty of Science, Adibuana PGRI University, Surabaya. From the research, it was possible to produce types of bacteria, namely Bacillus sp and Staphylococcus aureus.
