This obligation is regulated by law to protect workers from risks such as workplace accidents, death, and retirement. However, many companies still fail to fulfill this obligation. Such non-compliance can lead to legal consequences, including administrative and criminal sanctions. On the other hand, workers become vulnerable to various risks without social security protection. This article examines the legal aspects governing company obligations, implications for workers, and potential sanctions faced. This study aims to provide a deeper understanding of the importance of compliance with BPJS Ketenagakerjaan registration. Raising awareness and enforcing the law are necessary to ensure fair protection for all stakeholders.
2025-02-05T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Sanco Simanullang, Habieb Pahlevi, Elisabet Rawati Girsanghttps://journal.formosapublisher.org/index.php/cjas/article/view/13338Implementation of Corporate Criminal Sanctions Enforcement in Arrears of Bpjs Employment Contributions2025-01-07T05:41:22+00:00Kristiani Asyyerekristinsgn5@gmail.comHabieb Pahlevikristinsgn5@gmail.comSanco Simanullangkristinsgn5@gmail.comYasir Riadykristinsgn5@gmail.com
This study aims to analyze the procedures and issues in enforcing criminal sanctions against companies defaulting on BPJS Employment contributions. A normative legal research method was used. The criminal provisions of the BPJS Law are special criminal laws outside the Penal Code and form part of the penal system. The absence of implementing regulations creates a legal vacuum, preventing BPJS Employment from enforcing the mandated penalties. Criminal sanctions targeting corporations lack technical guidelines. Furthermore, BPJS Employment lacks adequate legal authority to report or investigate violations. Key obstacles include conflicts of interest, sectoral ego, and lengthy bureaucracies. Detailed regulations on mechanisms and BPJS Employment's authority to enforce Article 55 of Law No. 24 of 2011 are needed to achieve justice.
2025-02-05T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Kristiani Asyyere, Habieb Pahlevi, Sanco Simanullanghttps://journal.formosapublisher.org/index.php/cjas/article/view/13345The Role of BPJS Employment Improving Worker Welfare in Indonesia2025-01-07T10:37:10+00:00Evlin Novianti Tambunanevlintambunan585@gmail.comHabieb Pahlevievlintambunan585@gmail.comYasir Riadyevlintambunan585@gmail.com
BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (Employment Social Security Agency) has an important role in Improving Workers' Welfare in Indonesia. Through a qualitative approach, data were collected using text analysis methods, semi-structured interviews, and focus group discussions involving individuals from various backgrounds. The results of the analysis show that language does not only function as a means of communication, but also as a mirror that reflects the cultural values and social identities of individuals. It was found that language can strengthen collective and individual identities, and plays an important role in the process of cultural exchange. However, the use of language can also create challenges related to stereotypes and social hierarchies. These findings emphasize the importance of understanding the relationship between language, culture, and identity in a changing global context.
2025-02-05T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Fitriyahttps://journal.formosapublisher.org/index.php/cjas/article/view/13705Implementation of Center Learning Model for Early Childhood in Kemala Bhayangkari 05 Kindergarten, Banten Region2025-01-30T03:35:47+00:00Alfia Batshila2228210064@untirta.ac.idAsya Alifa2228210064@untirta.ac.idFelicia Yorenda2228210064@untirta.ac.idDian Surya Aprilyanti2228210064@untirta.ac.idSipa Unnaziah2228210064@untirta.ac.idLuthfiyah Robbiyati Shofa2228210064@untirta.ac.idSumiati2228210064@untirta.ac.idNanda Shafira Ashadi2228210064@untirta.ac.idSiti Dewi Winengsih2228210064@untirta.ac.idHanifa Almira Nanda2228210064@untirta.ac.id
Early childhood, according to Yuliani Sujiono (2014), is a child aged from birth to 6 years. This period is very crucial in the formation of character, personality, and intellectual abilities of children. Early childhood education can be understood as a learning process that focuses on developing potential including cognitive, emotional, social, physical-motor, language, and moral aspects. The center learning model is an educational approach specifically aimed at early childhood, with an emphasis on development through play activities. This approach combines two main elements, namely circle time and play centers. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection is carried out through observation, interviews, documentation, and field notes. Learning at Kemala Bhayangkari 05 Kindergarten, Banten Region, shows significant effectiveness in implementing the center learning model.
2025-02-05T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Alfia Batshila, Asya Alifa, Felicia Yorenda, Dian Surya Aprilyanti, Sipa Unnaziah, Luthfiyah Robbiyati Shofa, Sumiati, Nanda Shafira Ashadi, Siti Dewi Winengsih, Hanifa Almira Nanda
