The dynamics of short- and long-term share price performance in an Initial Public Offering (IPO) are of equal relevance for the understanding of issuers and investors. Typically, underpricing in early trading is driven by market and speculative behavior. Long-term stock performance is increasingly dependent on factors of a business nature, such as corporate management and profitability, as well as other intrinsic aspects of the issuing company. This study will conduct a comparative analysis using data collected from the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2023 in two different phases of performance characteristics. The results may provide insights into the implications of strategic decision-making in the IPO process as well as offer practical guidance for investment practices, making it easier for stakeholders to deal with the complexities of the IPO market.

The defense industry is one of the strategic sectors that has an important role in maintaining the sovereignty and security of a country. In the digital era, the industry faces significant challenges and opportunities, especially in integrating cutting-edge technology to improve its competitiveness. This research analyzes strategies to improve the competitiveness of the national defense industry in the digital era. The method used is a qualitative approach with secondary data from literature, policies and case studies. The results show that digitalization, technological innovation, triple helix collaboration, and technology transfer are the main factors in the development of the defense industry. However, challenges such as cyber threats, limited infrastructure and funding are still an obstacle. This research recommends strengthening government policies, investing in research and development, and developing human resources to support defense equipment independence and global competitiveness.

This study employs a quantitative methodology, utilizing statistical techniques and associative analysis to investigate the relationships among certain variables. Causal research, in contrast, seeks to determine the relationships typically characterized as causal, symmetrical, or interactive associations. The main objective of this study is to provide evidence regarding the effect of the independent variables-tax digitalization (X1) and tax knowledge (X2)-on the dependent variable, taxpayer compliance (Y). Data for this study was gathered via a survey, which involved distributing questionnaires to participants. The research commenced in June 2023, with a focus on individual taxpayers at KPP Pratama Badung Utara. Results: The findings of this research demonstrate that the digitization of the taxation process markedly enhances taxpayer compliance, as evidenced by a significance value of 0.000, which falls below the 0.05 threshold.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the Strategic Utilization of Demographic Dividends to Build Resilient Defense Capabilities in Developing Countries. The method used is Systematic Literature Review (SLR). The results show that to take advantage of the demographic dividend for defense, developing countries should focus on several key strategies. First, investing in education, particularly in STEM fields, is critical to building a skilled workforce for both the economic and defense sectors (Bloom et al., 2003). Managing the youth bulge by integrating young people into productive roles, including defense-related sectors such as cybersecurity and military technology, can help drive national security. Encouraging technological innovation through public-private partnerships will further strengthen defense capabilities. The two-way symmetrical model, Foucault's epistemology of power, and Martin Buber's concept of relations are the theoretical foundations explored in this analysis. The study utilizes a literature review method with a hermeneutic approach to identify the relevance of the philosophical values to modern PR practice. Results show that the incorporation of these values can improve communication effectiveness, create sustainable relationships, and promote inclusiveness and social responsibility.

Human Resources (HR) plays a role in organizational success. Facing global competition and rapid technological change, strategic HR management is key for organizations to maintain competitiveness and achieve sustainability. This study analyzes the effects of communication, organizational culture, and compensation on employee performance at PT. Lingkar Organik Indonesia. Multiple linear regression analysis was employed. Results indicate that communication (0,742) and organizational culture (0,623) have no significant impact on employee performance. Conversely, compensation significantly influences performance (0,000), contributing to a 49.8% improvement. Simultaneously, these three variables significantly affect employee performance. These findings emphasize the crucial role of compensation policies in enhancing employee performance

This strategy is good enough to fulfill the principles of Islamic business ethics, although there are still obstacles such as the lack of understanding of digital-based marketing and the process of checking product quality. Furthermore, the Classical Assumption Test confirms that the data are normally distributed and that the regression model developed is devoid of multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation. The results of this study prove that: (1) Work motivation has no significant effect on employee turnover intention at Lombok Idjo Restaurant Yogyakarta. (2) Job stress has a positive and significant effect on employee turnover intention of Lombok Idjo Yogyakarta Restaurant, and (3) Organizational commitment does not have a substantial impact on the intention of employees at Lombok Idjo Yogyakarta Restaurant to leave the organization..

This study aims to examine the implementation of the income tax rate exemption policy for individual taxpayers engaged in the MSME sector with gross income not exceeding Rp500,000,000, with the aim of increasing reporting compliance in the jurisdiction of KPP Pratama Manado. A qualitative approach is used in this research using descriptive qualitative methodology. The results of the study explain that the PPh tariff-free policy in PP No. 55 of 2022 socialized by KPP Pratama Manado really has an impact on the compliance ratio of annual tax return reporting for MSME WPOPs in Manado City. However, the impact has not been maximized enough, so that the growth of registered and reporting MSME WPOPs has not experienced a large change.

The Indonesian capital market faced significant challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic, which caused stock price volatility across various sectors, both in the conventional and sharia capital markets, particularly in the technology sector (ISSI). This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach, employing purposive sampling to analyze secondary data obtained from Yahoo Finance to explore technology stocks consistently listed from 2019 to 2023 on the ISSI, focusing on daily closing prices, volatility, and utilizing ARCH/GARCH modeling in EViews 10. Descriptive analysis reveals significant stock price fluctuations. The research results indicate that there are variations in the volatility levels of technology sector stocks on the Indonesia Sharia Stock Index from January 1, 2019, to December 29, 2023. Stocks ranked by volatility from highest to lowest are MCAS, MLPT, KIOS, NFCX, and DIVA, with volatility analysis using the GARCH model.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the extent of the influence of the agricultural sector and the tourism sector, both partially and simultaneously, on Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) in East Lombok Regency. By using a causalitative descriptive research method using multiple linear regression analysis approaches, the data used in this study are secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) from 2012-2022. The sample used consists of tourism ADHK GRDP for the tourism sector, agricultural ADHK GRDP for the agricultural sector and overall GRDP for GRDP indicators. The results of this study indicate that both the agricultural sector and tourism sector variables have a positive influence on GRDP in East Lombok Regency. With a t-count value for the agricultural sector of 7.008> 2.306 t-table and a t-count value for the tourism sector of 2.591> 2.306.

Revealing the Effect of Bonus Compensation, Political Costs, and Opportunistic Behavior on Earnings Management Practices in the Indonesian Insurance Industry

This study analyzes the effect of compensation bonuses, political costs, and opportunistic behavior on earnings management in the Indonesian insurance sector for the period 2019-2023, which was chosen due to increased regulatory pressure and economic challenges due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Using a quantitative approach, this study analyzes secondary data from the financial statements of insurance companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange using multiple regression methods. The results show that political costs are significantly positively related to earnings management, supporting Positive Accounting Theory, while bonus compensation is significantly negatively related, in line with Agency Theory, which asserts that performance-based incentives can reduce earnings manipulation. Opportunistic behavior has no significant effect, indicating the limitations of the proxy in the context of the insurance industry. This research enriches the literature and offers practical insights for regulators and policy makers.

This study explores the impact of online customer reviews, product quality and brand image on customer loyalty, with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable, for Somethinc and Skintific products on the Shopee and TikTok Live platforms. Using a quantitative SEM-PLS approach, this study involved respondents aged 18 to 35 years old in Bandung. The findings show that product quality and brand image have a significant influence on customer loyalty, while online reviews provide an indirect influence. Customer satisfaction serves as an important mediator, although it is not always consistent across all variables. The trend of fast beauty and the use of social media are the main factors in making purchasing decisions. This study recommends improving product quality and brand image to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.

As an institution engaged in the health sector, this research focused on the use of responsibility accounting as a tool to control operational costs at the hospital. This data is also used to assess the performance of managers in each responsibility center, as it focuses on the linkage between managers' responsibilities and the implementation of predetermined plans The main issue raised is how effective the application of responsibility accounting is in supporting cost control in this organization. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Based on the results of the study, it is concluded that RSUP Prof. Dr. R.D. Kandou Manado has implemented responsibility accounting well as a cost control tool. This is indicated by the fulfillment of the requirements for the application of responsibility accounting adequately in the hospital.

This study examines the Shopee account @Hijabbyaida,focusing on the impact of pricing on consumer purchase decisions. Competitivepricing aligned with product quality can attract buyers. The research employs aquantitative method using questionnaires distributed to consumers of the Shopeeaccount @Hijabbyaida. The results show that price significantly influencespurchase decisions, with an r square value of 54.5%. Consumers tendto chooseproducts from @Hijabbyaida because the prices are deemed appropriate. This study concludes that proper pricing and attractive promotions on e-commerce platforms like Shopee can enhance consumer purchase decisions, sales, and customer satisfaction.

This study aims to achieve harmonization of Course Learning Outcomes (CPMK) through standardization of teaching materials at UPT PPSDMPU in the Air Navigation Technology Study Program, and improve the competence of cadets with teaching material books. The method used is the S. Thiagrajan development model modified from 4-D to 3-D, with a focus on the Development stage (Develop) to produce learning modules that are valid and ready to be implemented, as well as for time and cost efficiency. The results showed that the learning module developed was declared valid by expert validators, met the criteria of very practical based on student responses, and proved effective through pre-test and post-test tests, so it is feasible to use in the learning process to support the quality of education.

Indonesia's culinary industry is experiencing rapid growth, driven by people's increasing interest in food trends and the eating out lifestyle. One trend that is attracting attention is the consumption of spicy food, which is growing thanks to social media challenges with extreme levels of spiciness. In an increasingly fierce competition, business strategies based on customer experience, brand image, and customer satisfaction are key factors in increasing customer loyalty. This study shows that while customer experience contributes to satisfaction, the relationship does not directly guarantee loyalty. Other factors, such as taste and facilities, still play an important role in building competitiveness in the culinary industry.

This research aims to analyze the implementation of legal protection for patients in the processing of drugs based on doctor's prescriptions by pharmacies, focusing on the case study of Decision Number 2258/PID.SUS/2020/PN MDN. Through a qualitative approach, this research explores the legal aspects that protect patients as well as the challenges faced in the practice of implementing drug prescriptions. The results show that despite clear regulations, there are still loopholes in their implementation that can harm patients. Greater efforts are needed to improve supervision of the drug processing process, including through regular inspections and training related to health law. This research shows that legal protection for patients in the context of drug processing by pharmacies is still a complex issue that requires greater attention from various relevant parties.

In order to ascertain the degree to which the implementation of supervision can enhance the caliber of instruction and foster teacher professionalism, this study intends to investigate the idea and application of academic supervision as well as its application within the framework of a case study in a school. By gathering literature (related materials) from books, journals, and other sources pertaining to the subject of educational administration and supervision, this article employs a literature study methodology. When it is thought that there is enough study material, it is thoroughly explored and examined, and the author then attempts to draw fresh conclusions from the analysis of the data. We refer to this approach as the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method.

Optimization of Waste Valve Load on Hydram Pumps to Support Food Self-Sufficiency in Remote Areas

The research aims to analyze the effect of waste valve loads on the performance of hydraulic ram pumps in supporting food self-sufficiency in areas with agricultural lands located at higher elevations than the water source, with limited access to energy resources. The method used is experimental and analyzed using mathematical equations based on hydraulic ram pump theory. The measured data include water discharge, flow velocity, and pump efficiency. The waste valve load masses used are 0.5 kg, 0.55 kg, 0.6 kg, 0.65 kg, 0.7 kg, and 0.75 kg. The results show that the waste valve load mass affects water discharge, flow velocity, and pump efficiency. The highest pump efficiency occurred at a valve load mass of 0.55 kg, reaching 40.86%, while the lowest efficiency occurred at a valve load mass of 0.7 kg, at 25.33%.

This paper discusses the Making Indonesia 4.0 policy that aims to strengthen Indonesia's manufacturing sector and improve global competitiveness through Industry 4.0 technology. This research identifies challenges and opportunities for Indonesia in implementing the policy, with a focus on strengthening Indonesia's position in Global Value Chains (GVCs). Through the adoption of advanced technologies such as robotics, artificial intelligence (AI), and the Internet of Things(IoT), Indonesia's manufacturing sector is Expected to increase its efficiency, reduce dependence on imports, and improve product quality. However, the main challenges faced are the limited readiness of human resources and digital infrastructure. In addition, the policy also emphasizes the importance of strengthening an integrated industrial ecosystem and increasing foreign investment to support more sustainable industrial development.

This research aims to explore and analyze the implementation of informed consent in the context of genomic research in Indonesia, and provide recommendations for future improvements. Through a legal analysis and case study approach, this research identifies factors that influence the effectiveness of informed consent and its impact on the protection of research subjects. The methods used in this research include literature analysis and case studies to gain a comprehensive understanding of the issue. The results show that in the development of genomic research, there has been encouraging progress but there is still a lack of adequate understanding and implementation of IC. A legal review of the implementation of informed consent in genomic research in Indonesia is an increasingly relevant topic as health biotechnology technology develops.

This study was conducted with the aim of obtaining information on the effect of Audit Quality, Profitability, Liquidity, and Solvency on going concern audit opinion. The population used during this study were companies engaged in the property and real estate sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2020-2023. The sample in this study was selected using purposive sampling method with the number obtained as many as 284 samples. This study uses logistic regression analysis method. The results obtained provide information that profitability has a significant negative effect on business continuity opinion. Then auditor quality, liquidity, and solvency have no significant effect on business continuity opinion. Simultaneously audit quality, profitability, liquidity, and solvency have an influence on business continuity opinion.

This study aims to examine the roles and responsibilities of the principal in building a positive learning environment at SD Negeri 4 Babahan. A conducive learning environment plays an important role in improving student motivation and achievement. This research used a qualitative approach with a case study design. The research subjects involved students, teachers and the principal. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis, then analyzed using thematic analysis techniques. The results showed that principals play a key role in building a supportive learning atmosphere, including through developing school policies, improving the quality of teaching and learning processes, and strengthening relationships between schools, parents and communities. In addition, the principal's responsibilities include managing human resources and physical facilities, as well as implementing innovative programs that involve the active involvement of students.

This article aims to examine the concept of education according to K.H. Ahmad Hasyim Muzadi, a national and religious figure in Indonesia who once led the largest Muslim organization in the world, Nahdlatul Ulama. This research employs a library research method or thought study. The primary data for this study consists of K.H. Ahmad Hasyim Muzadi's speeches and written works found in books and journals. The secondary data is gathered from interviews with the family of K.H. Ahmad Hasyim Muzadi and books about his biography and testimonies. The collected data is then analyzed and elaborated to identify the key points regarding education according to K.H. Ahmad Hasyim Muzadi.

The Influence of Visionary Leadership and Quantum Leadership on the Improvement of Learning Quality in Senior High Schools in South Aceh Regency

Ideally, a principal combines these styles: visionary leadership provides a clear direction for the school, while quantum leadership fosters a conducive environment to achieve that vision. This study aims to analyze the impact of visionary and quantum leadership on improving learning quality. Using a quantitative approach, the study involved 58 teachers and 4 principals from four high schools: SMA Negeri 1 Tapaktuan, SMA Negeri 3 Kluet Utara, SMA Negeri 1 Bakongan, and SMA Negeri 1 Kluet Utara. Data was collected through observation, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis utilized simple and multiple linear regression tests. The results show that both visionary and quantum leadership have a significant positive effect on learning quality improvement. This study concludes that combining these leadership styles optimally enhances the quality of the learning process.

This study aims to analyze the legal protection of consumers through halal certification, especially in the pharmaceutical industry. By using a qualitative approach and analyzing secondary data, this study tries to understand how halal certification can increase consumer confidence in pharmaceutical products and provide assurance of the safety and quality of the products they consume. However, in implementing halal certification in the pharmaceutical industry, there are several challenges that need to be overcome. From complex regulations to high certification costs, all of these can be barriers for pharmaceutical manufacturers to obtain halal certification for their products. Therefore, it is important to continue to research and improve the halal certification system in order to provide maximum protection for consumers.

Banking plays an important role in society, especially in building the economy. Bank Indonesia issued PBI No. 13/1/PBI/2011 concerning the assessment of the health level of commercial banks using the RGEC method (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earning, Capital). This study aims to determine the management performance of Bank SulutGo by using the RGEC method. The research method used in this research is descriptive method with qualitative approach and the data used is secondary data from Bank SulutGo's published financial statements. The results showed that the management performance of NPL, LDR, and GCG ratios were in healthy and quite healthy criteria. The management performance of the ROA ratio shows excellent management performance, being on healthy criteria and the BOPO and CAR ratios are on healthy criteria.
