A Conceptual Framework for Leadership Development: Integrating Leader Identity, Personality Traits, and Learning Styles with Gen AI

Leadership development programs often adopt a one-size-fits-all approach, overlooking the individual needs of leaders based on their identity, personality traits, and learning styles. This paper develops a conceptual model for leadership development that integrates leader identity, personality traits, and learning styles within a differentiated training and adaptive learning framework. By leveraging Generative AI, the model personalizes training content to enhance engagement, effectiveness, and organizational impact. The paper identifies theoretical gaps in leadership development literature and proposes an innovative approach that bridges these gaps, contributing to both theory and practice. Future research is recommended to empirically validate the proposed model

The Concept of the Archipelagic State in Addressing Maritime Security Threats

Indonesia, as the world’s largest archipelagic state, faces complex maritime security threats, including piracy, illegal fishing, smuggling, and South China Sea tensions. These threats impact both national sovereignty and the economic and social welfare of coastal communities. Recognized as an archipelagic state under UNCLOS 1982, Indonesia has a strong legal foundation to claim inter-island waters under full sovereign jurisdiction. Using a qualitative approach and literature analysis, this study examines the role of the archipelagic state concept in designing adaptive maritime security policies. Findings indicate that this concept supports enhanced surveillance and law enforcement, although challenges in technology and coordination remain. Recommendations include strengthening technological capacity, inter-agency coordination, and international cooperation to bolster Indonesia’s maritime stability in the Indo-Pacific

Implementation of Leadership by the Head of the Madrasah to Improve Employee Performance at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Majalengka

As an educational institution, the school has a role in managing and organizing intellectual education, spirituality, and skills to form and develop human resources with knowledge and skills based on faith and piety. To realize this goal, it is necessary to have good leadership from the head of the Madrasah and high performance from employees. Based on the research results conducted at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Majalengka, the implementation of leadership by the head of the Madrasah achieved a value of 60%. As for the performance of employees, they achieved a value of 59.6%, of which both received the title “Good enough”. Thus it can be concluded that the implementation of leadership conducted by the head of the Madrasah based on the application of leadership techniques has a parallel relationship with employee performance, so it has been tested and acceptable

The phenomenon of lack of employee work discipline, work targets sometimes do not meet standards which occurs because there are delays in completion, minimal communication and cooperation between co-workers hinders work progress. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the performance of state civil servants at the Housing and Settlement Service of Maluku Province. Performance theory is the basis for analyzing this problem through sub-indicators of ability, motivation, knowledge and leadership using qualitative methods to produce a study of a more comprehensive phenomenon on the subject of research. The results of the study show: 1. The aspect of ability in achieving work targets that have been set based on SOPs is not running optimally because various obstacles are encountered, such as being slow in implementing reports and not being in accordance with the targeted time. 2. The motivation aspect needs to be improved because it influences the completion of work or tasks and responsibilities given to each employee

Investigation Audit Analysis of Fraudulent Financial Reporting

Investigative audit is an important instrument in detecting and exposing financial reporting fraud, including indications of corruption. This audit process includes planning, collecting evidence, analyzing findings, and reporting results comprehensively. This study examines the application of investigative audit techniques, such as reverse proof and in-depth analysis of the modus operandi, causes of deviations, and impacts of violations. The results of the literature study indicate that investigative audits are effective in exposing fraud if carried out with the right method, supported by valid evidence, and the involvement of professional auditors. However, time pressure can affect the auditor's accuracy, thus affecting the quality of findings. Therefore, time management and auditor competency development are key factors in increasing the effectiveness of investigative audits. This study confirms that investigative audits not only play a role in detecting fraud but also support asset protection and improvement of the organization's internal systems

The study focuses on organizations that provide public services, such as Medan City Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services, which are examples of highly influential modern government agencies. This study aims to investigate how employee competence contributes to employee work performance at the Medan City Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office. This study uses a quantitative approach for analysis. A total of 126 participants from the Medan City One-Stop Investment and Integrated Services Office were included in this study. The method of obtaining data is used to analyze the questionnaire. Each statistical analysis used in this study includes validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis tests, and determination coefficients. The results of the study show that the variables of competence and staff work performance have a direct impact on the welfare of the general public in terms of service

Village potential in the Batu Ampar sub-district has not been maximised. Therefore, research on village potential is very important. The purpose of the study was to look at the physical and non-physical potential of villages in Batu Ampar Sub-district. The results of this research can be a program for the development and welfare of the community. The research approach is qualitative, with key informants being the sub-district head and informants being the village head and community members. The results showed that the existing land potential has not been maximally utilised, such as there is no research and education forest, which is very important for the community to be used as a livestock location or agrotourism. Meanwhile, the non-physical potential of villages in the sub-district, such as the nature of gotong royong, social organisations, village officials, and apparatus, still exists but has begun to fade

This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive analysis approach. Data was collected by interview method based on the maturity assessment of the integrated Government Internal Control System. The results of this study indicate that the Ministry of Defense has implemented an adequate internal control system. In line with this, there is also an increase in the accountability of its financial statements

The Role of Stakeholders in Marketing Communication at the Archaeological Museum to Increase Tourist Visits

The main problem faced is the decline in tourist visits over the past six years and the lack of marketing communication innovations that hinder potential visits. The method used is descriptive qualitative, with observation techniques, in-depth interviews, and documentation, and the selection of informants using purposive sampling, namely the Sragen Regency Youth, Sports, Museum and Cultural Heritage Office, Krikilan Village Government, Pokdarwis Purba Budaya, Tourists. The theory used includes the SOSTAC + 3Ms model from PR Smith. The results and discussion show that the marketing strategy implemented is still less than optimal because it is too focused on print media advertising, merchandise, and personal promotion through fam trips, and minimal use of digital media. The main stakeholders emphasise the role of education, while other stakeholders, such as Pokdarwis and Krikilan Village Government, are still less active in promotion. In conclusion, the marketing communication strategy of Sangiran Museum of Ancient Humans needs to be developed with the utilisation of more digital channels and more active involvement of secondary stakeholders

Investigative audits play a very important role in identifying violations and fraud that can harm an organization. This study aims to analyze the role of investigative audits in the follow-up of audit reports related to corruption. The investigative audit process carried out using appropriate techniques, such as reserve proof and existence of fraud, allows auditors to collect valid evidence that can be used as initial evidence in investigating corruption. Investigative audit findings that indicate violations must be followed up immediately through applicable procedures, involving related parties, such as law enforcement and internal oversight agencies. The results of this study indicate that investigative audits not only help reveal hidden facts, but also have a significant impact on decision-making regarding sanctions that can be given, either in the form of administrative, civil, or criminal sanctions. Thus, investigative audits have an important contribution in controlling and preventing corruption and maintaining organizational integrity

The Practice of Money Politics Among Generation Z in Medan City in the 2024 Legislative Elections

This research is motivated by indications of money political practices that occur in every election, one of which is the 2024 legislative member election in Medan City. Indications of election fraud are proven by data released by the Coalition to Reject Fraudulent Elections in 2024 which stated that one of the violations in legislative elections was the practice of money politics. The practice of money politics that occurs in Indonesia, especially in the city of Medan, can threaten the political development process which will ultimately thwart democracy in Indonesia. One part that has a role in changing Indonesia's democratic system for the better is Generation Z. This background is the basis for the importance of research that is able to analyze the form and distribution pattern of money politics among Generation Z and the reasons why the practice of money politics occurs among Generation Z during elections. legislature in 2024 as well as prevention analysis practice money politics in every election, especially for generation Z. This research was conducted using descriptive qualitative methods with in-depth interview techniques and Focus Group Discussion. The results obtained are that the form of money politics is divided into two, namely direct transactions and indirect transactions. The distribution pattern of political money among generation Z begins with data collection by the success team, giving political money in halls, shops, eating places, or delivered home to the bus counter. The time for giving political money is the day before the election, the evening before the election, the morning before the election and the morning or afternoon after the election
