Through da'wah, people can learn about, live out, and apply the principles of Islam from generation to generation. In the modern era of information globalization and the inevitable progress of technology, da'wah is essentially an endeavor to cultivate a predisposition and interest in calling someone to the teachings of Islam. Nothing can be hidden; everything is available, even things that are banned. If the missionaries don't quickly adjust to these developments, they will become obsolete. It's necessary for missionaries to be adept in social media. Islam is no longer the domain of clerics in this millennium. People can learn Islam in a variety of methods and places at any time. Modernization is a necessary step on the journey through space and time that all people must take. A shift in the dai's method of preaching ought to counterbalance this amazing shift in society. Da'wah shouldn't be conducted in a certain location or with just traditional means (lectures). Da'wah needs to be innovative, forward-thinking, and energetic. Da'wah and Islamic communication are two examples of the many patterns of scientific progress that have arisen from the world's rapid flow of knowledge and technology.</p> Nurunnisa Mutmainna, Abd. Currently, the responsibility for the implementation of cyber security tasks and functions is handled by the State Cyber and Cryptography Agency (BSSN). This situation makes it very difficult for BSSN to operate if its duties, functions, and authorities in cybercrime law enforcement are only regulated through a Presidential Regulation. This study uses a normative juridical method with a legislative approach that examines norms related to the authority of investigative institutions in law enforcement against cyber crimes. These findings highlight that there were 24.6 million cyberattacks recorded from January 1 to September 7, 2022, which caused losses to the community. The existence of BSSN was formed by the President through Presidential Regulation Number 28 of 2021 concerning the State Cyber and Cryptography Agency in carrying out its duties and authority to overcome cybercrime in the face of obstacles. This requires a comprehensive legal due diligence strategy that can be adjusted to legal compliance and potential legal problems of cybercrime. The results of the study show that to ensure security, justice, and legal certainty in the enforcement of cybercrime law can be carried out properly, it is necessary to have special laws and regulations that regulate cybercrime, with the existence of institutions that will implement laws and regulations in special law enforcement to deal with cybercrime, by containing legal compliance based on the applicable national legal system.</p> Rd. The tomato, tomato + cabbage, tomato + common bean, tomato + onion, tomato + tobacco leaf extract and tomato + karate 5% EC were the treatments used for the trial. The overall result indicated that intercropping and tobacco leaf extract significantly reduced the population of these mite pests compared to sole tomato. The minimum population with infestation was recorded on karate (14.65, 0.79) followed by tomato – tobacco leaf extract (16.50, 0.92) and tomato onion (36.53, 1.74) from intercropping while control was the most in recording maximum population with maximum infestation (94.10, 2.88 respectively). The most population reduction with infestation was observed on tobacco leaf extract compared to untreated plot followed by tomato-onion intercropping. The highest yield (50.73tha-1) was recorded on the tomato-onion intercrops followed by karate 5%EC (43.96tha-1) and tobacco extract (43.65tha-1) while the lowest yield was recorded on head cabbage intercrops (30.10tha-1). The maximum net benefit was obtained from tomato-onion intercrops (688653.45 ETB) whereas the lowest net benefit was recorded on common bean (354176.60 ETB) intercrops. Therefore, tomato onion intercrops and tobacco leaf extract could be considered as the first options in boosting tomato production as an alternative to karate 5%EC and expected as common integrated management of TSSM on tomato.</p> Belachew Dabalo Copyright (c) 2024 Belachew Dabalo https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://journal.formosapublisher.org/index.php/ijar/article/view/10985 Thu, 05 Sep 2024 00:00:00 +0000 Strengthening the Role of Village-Owned Enterprises (Bumk) in Improving the Economy of Pegat Bukur Village in Berau Regency https://journal.formosapublisher.org/index.php/ijar/article/view/10612 <p>This study discusses the role of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMK) in improving the economy of Pegat Bukur Village in Berau Regency.
