Development technology in the era of the Revolution Industry 4.0 has brought an impact significant on a variety of ways aspects of life, including education. In context, the role of Christian Religious Education (PAK) teachers is significant, especially in the impact of negative use of gadgets in Junior High School Methodist 1 Medan students. Study This uses the method of qualitative description. Research results show that PAK teachers have an role important in inheriting faith and teaching values of Christian ethics to the student. They also do have not quite enough answers To help students get to know the world of education and God's truth. Besides So, PAK teachers also need it understand and cope with challenges that arise in the digital era, such as gadget addiction and declining morale. To overcome challenges, PAK teachers need to develop effective strategies and solutions. One of the solutions is to utilize technology in learning without ignoring the formation of character and values Christianity Besides That's good synergy between PAK parents and teachers is also very important in forming student character and morals.
