Abstract

Premarital counseling plays an important role in preparing couples to face challenges in marriage, including preventing infidelity, which is one of the main factors that cause divorce. This study aims to identify effective premariptial counseling methods in preventing infidelity through literature review. The results of the study show that effective communication, empathy development, and understanding of marital commitment are key elements in an effective premarital counseling program. A good premariptial counseling method can help couples to understand the importance of openness, trust, and conflict management as a preventive measure against infidelity. In conclusion, comprehensive prenuptial counseling can help couples build stronger relationships and prevent the risk of infidelity in the future.
