A Review of Pastoral Services on the Growth Papua Gospel Camp Church in Sorong

A growing church is not measured by the extent to which the number of churches is built, or (the quantity of construction) and the church is not a building even though the church is a forum for fellowship and service, but the growth of the church is measured by how the ministry is carried out effectively. This research was conducted to see the growth of the church in the form of service to the Papua Gospel Tent Church in Sorong. Based on the data examined by the author, it turns out that the role of pastoral care is very significant in church growth. Based on the background above, conducting research on congregations at the Bible tabernacle church in Papua, Sorong to research the first few things, leaders or pastors. The second, to the congregation and third background, service time. Thus, pastoral ministry aims to assist and guide the congregation in behaving, preventing or overcoming the problems it faces independently and responsibly. In order for pastoral care to have a good purpose and function.
