The Influence of School Leader Leadership and Teacher Performance on Student Learning Outcomes

This research aims to determine the influence of Principal Leadership and Teacher Performance individually or together on Student Learning Outcomes, with the hypothesis that there is a positive and significant influence between Principal Leadership and Teacher Performance both partially and jointly on Outcomes Student Learning. This research uses descriptive quantitative methods. The research population was all elementary school teachers in Paranginan District, totaling 53 people with a sample of 53 people. The research instrument is a closed questionnaire, which was prepared by the researcher based on research variable indicators. The questionnaire trial was carried out on 30 teachers who were not research samples and was tested using validity and reliability tests. The hypothesis above is accepted as true with the data: 1). There is an influence between the Principal's Leadership on Student Learning Outcomes of 37.8% with tcount>ttable, namely 3.009>2.000. 2). There is an influence between Teacher Performance on Student Learning Outcomes of 38.9% with tcount>ttable namely 3.183>2.000, 3). There is a positive and significant influence between Principal Leadership and Teacher Performance together on student learning outcomes of 48.2% with Fcount>Ftable, namely 23.304>3.18, thus H0 is rejected, and Ha is accepted, meaning there is a positive influence of Principal Leadership and Teacher Performance on Elementary School Student Learning Outcomes in Paranginan District individually and collectively because it has been empirically tested.
