Impact of Visual Audio Media and Learning Motivation on Study Results of PAK and Budi Pekerti Grade VII SMP 12th Graduation Year 2023/2024

This research aims to determine the influence of the use of audio-visual media and student learning motivation individually or together on PAK and Character learning outcomes, with the following hypotheses: 1). There is a positive and significant influence between the use of Audio-Visual Media on PAK and Character Learning Outcomes; 2). There is a positive and significant influence between Student Learning Motivation on PAK and Character Learning Outcomes; 3). There is a positive and significant influence between the use of Audio-Visual Media and Student Learning Motivation together on PAK and Character Learning Outcomes. This research uses quantitative descriptive and inferential methods. The research population was all class VII students of SMP Negeri 12 Pematangsiantar, totaling 110 people with a sample of 55 people taken randomly. The research instrument is in the form of closed numbers, which are compiled by the researcher based on research variable indicators. The questionnaire trial was carried out on 30 students who were not research samples and was tested using validity and reliability tests. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that there is a positive influence of the use of Audio-Visual Media and Student Learning Motivation on PAK and Character Learning Outcomes in Class VII of SMP Negeri 12 Pematangsiantar individually or together because it has been empirically tested. Implication: If it is to improve PAK Learning Outcomes then teachers must use Audio Visual Media in the learning process and students have high Learning Motivation.
