Abstract

Changing of times have the potential to change someone’s value, lifestyle, perspective, and how to make decision. Likewise, the church needs to take action in the ministry of pastoral guidance in the age of Society 5.0, especially for adolescents who are experiencing many crises in aspects of their lives and they are at their transitional age. Church that does not adapt to these changes will become an abandoned church because Church Leaders cannot accommodate the dynamic mindset of their congregation members that will continue to change along with the times. The research used qualitative approach. The results of this research will contribute to Church Leaders to see the importance of this ministry and the need take immediate action in contextualizing pastoral guidance for adolescents that is adapted to the times, without losing the essence of pastoral ministry itself.
