Moreover, the study found that online shopping attitude acts as a mediator between perceived trust and online purchasing behavior. This suggests that consumer trust not only affects their attitude towards online shopping but also plays a role in their purchase decisions. The research highlights the importance for e-commerce businesses to prioritize building consumer trust and creating positive shopping experiences. However, limitations of the study include a limited sample size and the exclusion of external factors that may impact online shopping behavior. Future research should consider a larger sample and explore additional variables that may influence the trust-online shopping behavior relationship.
2025-01-16T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2024 Evita Veronica Welafubun, Lelo Sintani, Roby Sambunghttps://journal.formosapublisher.org/index.php/ijems/article/view/12983Analysis of Competitive Strategies in Culinary Businesses to Increase Sales Revenue in Binamu District, Jeneponto Regency2024-12-21T08:45:19+00:00Sugiantosugiantojpt@gmail.comThamrin Tahirsugiantojpt@gmail.comBasri Badosugiantojpt@gmail.comMuhammad Hasansugiantojpt@gmail.comMuhammad Dinarsugiantojpt@gmail.com
This study aims to examine the level of competition and competitive strategies used by culinary businesses in Binamu District, Jeneponto Regency.
