The object of this service is located in the Nagari Tungkar Government, Fifty Cities Regency, West Sumatra Province with the target focused on the Nagari Tungkar Government apparatus. From the initial exploration, it was found that the Nagari Tungkar apparatus still knew little about the formation of nagari regulations. In fact, the draft nagari regulation on the Nagari Tungkar Customary Density was made not in accordance with the principles and guidelines for the formation of laws and regulations. The method of implementing this service consists of 3 (three) stages, namely Phase I of seminars/socialization, Phase II review of draft state regulations, Phase III of discussion and evaluation. The total number of malaria sufferers in Mbatakapidu village is 6 sufferers in 2020, 55 in 2021, 155 in 2022 and has decreased, namely in 2023 the number of sufferers is 56. The goal is to improve community knowledge and skills in the health sector by providing independent malaria prevention education that can be carried out by the community, developing independent community groups in the health sector by empowering malaria cadres and providing education to the community regarding the use of mosquito nets Results: There was an increase during the post-test, namely good 68% and sufficient 32%. Promiscuity among adolescents has a significant negative impact, including the risk of involvement in criminal acts. The methods used include implementation methods and activity methods, namely planning, implementation, and evaluation through pretest and posttest to measure effectiveness. The results showed an increase in students' understanding from the majority of low categories (81.7%) to high (73.3%) after counseling. This village is one of the centers for producing cabbage (Cabbage) plants. The cabbage waste produced has not been utilized and is usually only thrown away or left behind on agricultural land. The fermentation process of cabbage waste can be converted into liquid organic fertilizer (POC) which can be used to improve the soil and can be a useful nutrient for plant growth. This service activity aims to provide training in making liquid organic fertilizer to farmer groups with materials in the form of cabbage waste as the main ingredient and coconut water, clean water, yeast, brown sugar and EM-4 as decomposer liquid. The activity was held at SDN Pagerejo, Gedeg District, Mojokerto Regency, in November 2024 with 40 students in grades IV and V. The type of research method used is participatory, where students watch a video of the drama The Stretcher Bearer which contains moral values such as responsibility, empathy, cooperation, and loyalty. Then, students discuss to analyze character and moral messages and reflect on their application in daily life. The results showed an improvement in critical thinking, communication, empathy, and social awareness. Participants were given material on financial records, business feasibility analysis, and the use of peer-to-peer lending fintech technology. The implementation was carried out in a structured manner, starting from observation and interviews, followed by intensive training for several days. The results showed an increase in participants' awareness of the importance of financial management and access to financing, as well as enthusiasm in technology adoption. This empowerment activity aims to deepen students' understanding of the importance of learning motivation in learning activities and accelerate the development of learning motivation. In addition, the facilitator provides intensive learning support activities for English subjects. The activity was carried out for two days at Santo Tomas 4 Medan Private Middle School and was attended by 21 Class VIII-A students.
