Abstract

The Influence of TQM, Budget Participation and Organizational Culture on Managerial Performance with Organizational Commitment as a Moderating Variable (Case Study on Vaname Shrimp Farming Companies in Lebak Regency). The objectives of this study are: 1). To find out how much influence Total Quality Management has on managerial performance in shrimp farming companies in Lebak Regency. 2). To find out how much influence Budget Participation has on managerial performance in shrimp farming companies in Lebak Regency; 3). To find out how much influence Organizational Culture has on managerial performance in shrimp farming companies in Lebak Regency; 4). To find out how much influence Total Quality Management has on managerial performance with organizational commitment as a moderating variable in shrimp farming companies in Lebak Regency. 5). To find out how much influence Budget Participation has on managerial performance with organizational commitment as a moderating variable in shrimp farming companies in Lebak Regency. 6). To find out how much influence Organizational Culture has on managerial performance with organizational commitment as a moderating variable in shrimp farming companies in Lebak Regency. This type of research is included in quantitative research, and the research design in this research is a causal research design with 45 respondents
