The speed and accuracy of search and rescue (Search and Rescue) efforts with Collapsed Structure Search and Rescue (CSSR) skills is what is needed to save lives and prevent disability due to earthquakes. The speed of help can be obtained through the presence of a SAR team in earthquake-prone areas, and the accuracy of handling can be obtained through competency-based training. This study aims to determine the implementation of CSSR training for disaster management volunteers carried out by READY Indonesia and PMI Bekasi City. The research focus is on the aspects of knowledge, attitudes, skills and self-efficacy of the participants. The results showed that the knowledge, skills and self-efficacy of the participants had increased and the participants showed a good attitude of acceptance of the given CSSR theory and were willing to apply it in their work environment
