This study examines teacher professional development in the use of digital technology for communication and teaching in elementary education, focusing on the Integrated Islamic Elementary School (SDIT) Ibnu Khaldun Lembang. This study examines five main aspects: teacher digital skills development, effectiveness of using digital technology in teaching, impact of digital technology implementation on learning quality, obstacles in professional development, and challenges related to infrastructure and ongoing training. The results of this study indicate that the use of digital technology significantly increases student interaction and engagement in learning, but there are still obstacles in teacher access and mastery of technology. This study offers recommendations for a more holistic professional development program to improve teacher competence in the digital era
