Abstract

Kepemimpinan spiritual merupakan tipe kepemimpinan yang isnpiratif dan menjadi teladan anggotanya untuk melakukan pekerjaan berdasarkan rasa kasih sayang dan motivasi tinggi. Nilai kepemimpinan ketuhanan ini bertujuan untuk membentuk karakter religius siswa di SMP Lazuardi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan dan dianalisis dengan teknik trianggulasi. Interpretasi menggunakan teknik telaah mendalam data dan literatur yang dijadikan kerangka berpikir. Kepemimpinan di sekolah dengan menetapkan cara kepemimpinan yaitu jargon welas asih dan prinsip pendidikan berbasis multiple intelligent, disiplin positif, 20 nilai karakter, inklusi dan melatih keterampilan berpikir kritis. Praktik pendidikan agama, olah raga, kesenian, kewarganegaraan lebih bersifat praktis Implementasi nilai spiritual tidak melulu terkait ritual tapi lebih pada kebermaknaan dan kebermanfaatan bagi kehidupan sehari-hari.
