Various factors can contribute to verbal aggression, including loneliness and self-control. This study aims to explore the connection between loneliness, self-control, and verbal aggression among social media users. Using a quantitative approach with a survey method, the research targets students of SMK Negeri 1 Tambusai, encompassing a total population of 724 students. A purposive sampling technique was applied to select participants. Data were gathered using measurement scales for verbal aggression, loneliness, and self-control. The analysis was conducted using multiple regression techniques with SPSS version 25. The findings from the analysis revealed an F value of 145.137 with a significance level of 0.000 (p<0.05). These results indicate that loneliness and self-control have a significant influence on verbal aggression among adolescent social media users.
2025-01-31T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Fajri Ma’ruf, IGAA Noviekayati, Dyan Evita Santihttps://journal.formosapublisher.org/index.php/mudima/article/view/13657The Relationship Workload and Perception of Compensation with Turnover Intention in Gen Z Employees Work as Baristas 2025-01-24T09:37:40+00:00Bilqis Rahmanda Hakim1522200010@surel.untag-sby.ac.idAndik MatulessyMatulessy@gmail.comAmanda Pasca RiniRini@gmail.com

Generation Z includes individuals born between the mid-1990s and 2012. Using a normative
juridical method and qualitative analysis, the study reveals a gap between existing
regulations and the implementation of coastal community rights protection. Land
conflicts emerge as a major issue due to unclear land ownership status and weak
compensation mechanisms implemented by developers. Furthermore, the lack of
community participation in planning processes exacerbates the socio-economic
impacts they experience. Compensation mechanisms tend to focus solely on
economic value without considering the social and cultural aspects inherent in
coastal communities. This study highlights the need for policy reforms in protecting
coastal community rights, including strengthening regulations, ensuring
transparency in compensation mechanisms, and increasing community involvement
in decision-making processes.
