Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the use of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) on the income of Janji Manis MSMEs in Pangkalpinang. The research method used is qualitative descriptive with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study show that the use of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) has a significant influence on the number of transactions and the level of income of Janji Manis MSMEs in Pangkalpinang City. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) In addition to being used to find news, information, or tutorials, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) can also be used as a promotional medium to expand market reach. However, there are obstacles in the use of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) such as limited access to information, lack of management support, and socio-cultural challenges.
