Abstract

In the economy, various types of government involvement require spending and spending to finance, build and maintain infrastructure, education and health are mandatory government expenditures, in other words the government has an absolute obligation to pay all costs to the government's sources of funds (income) (direct and indirect spending). ). This study aims to determine and analyze the impact of direct and indirect spending by region of economic growth in North Sumatra. In this study, the method of regression analysis was used for the Multilinearity of EVIEWS software tools. The results of the study show that indirect and direct spending on economic growth in North Sumatra.
