Kinerja Kewirausahaan: Literasi Ekonomi, Literasi Digital dan Peran Mediasi Inovasi

Penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menekankan pada analisis statistik yang didukung oleh data kualitatif. Teknik purposive sampling digunakan peneliti dalam memilih sampel sebanyak 39 responden, dengan mempertimbangkan calon responden. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi ekonomi memiliki hubungan dengan literasi digital untuk memprediksi inovasi dalam mempengaruhi kinerja kewirausahaan kelompok tani muda. Literasi ekonomi dan literasi digital mempengaruhi inovasi. Literasi ekonomi dan literasi digital mempengaruhi kinerja wirausaha baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui inovasi. Inovasi secara tidak langsung terbukti memediasi pengaruh literasi ekonomi digital terhadap kinerja wirausaha. Pengaruh literasi ekonomi dan literasi digital terhadap kinerja wirausaha, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui inovasi, dalam hubungan sebab akibat dan pengaruhnya relatif rendah, serta pengaruh peran mediasi inovasi terhadap kinerja wirausaha. Hal ini dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan untuk penelitian selanjutnya untuk mengidentifikasinya.
