Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Organizational Citizenship Behavior in Islamic Perspective (OCBIP) pada organisasi ekonomi bernuansa sosial di Indonesia. Lembaga Islamic Micro Financial Institutions (IMFI, KSSPS BMT) dipilih karena memiliki keunikan dari fungsi ganda (sosial dan ekonomi) yang menyatu pada setiap fungsi hingga staf organisasi. Responden karyawan dipilih secara convenience. Pengambilan data menggunakan alat bantu koesioner, selanjutnya dianalisis dengan metoda deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa OCBIP karyawan organisasi ekonomi bernuansa sosial adalah tinggi (79,4%). Dimensi Altruisme (4,218) mendapatkan penilaian lebih tinggi dari pada dimensi lainnya (dakwah 3,948, civic virtue 3,801, raf’al haraj 3,71). Pengaruh demografi terhadap penilaian dimensi OCBIP memerlukan penelitian lebih lanjut.
