The aim of this research is to describe the elements that help, hinder and support the Family Hope Program in Haruku District, Central Maluku. Facilitators are the topic of this qualitative research. Methods such as documentation, observation, and interviews are used to collect data. We use theory, methodology, and triangulation to ensure our data is solid. We use interactive cycles for data analysis. Facilitator skills should cover four basics, according to the findings: instructional, technical, community representative, and facilitative. The time needed to adjust to the new environment and the difficulties experienced by participants in collecting data are internal variables that become obstacles. Challenges arise from external sources, such as unexpected information from the center, long journeys to mentoring locations, and the fact that placements are in narrow alleys. Adequate facilities and the enthusiasm of the beneficiaries are supporting elements.
