Abstract

This study discusses the implementation of the equalitarian style and the relinquishing style in creating an open organizational climate at PT Global Pratama Powerindo. The President Director uses non-rigid communication, divides communication into formal and informal, and opens discussions with employees without a hierarchical system. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach, involving interviews, observations, and literature studies. The results show that flexible communication through WhatsApp and openness increase information transparency and organizational culture. The obstacles faced are a lack of assertiveness and the emergence of subjectivism. As a result, employees are more open, and the President Director gets a lot of insight from them. The validity of the data is strengthened by triangulation of sources.
